There are mold in the shower , high noise when the water works into the WC The restroom door do not close The amabilidad from the front desk people was perfect. The air conditioner sistem is trow “chill “ ( cools weather) it have to much humidity

I have to say the photos do not reflect the actual conditions of the hotel. The room that I was given 1008 was very damaged, stains on the carpet, hand print stains on the wall, a crawl space under the bathroom sink was open, the shower hot/cold knob was broken and fell off multiple times, tv wasn’t connected to the internet, the sink spout was broken and moving loosely, toilet had very visible stains. Please read this review and use it as your maintenance list.

I have been coming to this hotel for years. It has a very good location. This time I got one of the rooms that are not renovated and it is not the first time I have stayed in that type of room, but it is not the room that they show you on Expedia and the one I selected. I would not have complained, but the facilities in the room were too neglected, stains on the carpet, many long hairs in the bathroom (they were not mine), many hairs in the shower, the hair dryer did not work, the closet door was fallen and they just left it leaning against the wall in the room, the furniture was battered, old and stained plugs and switches, the bed was sunken and although the sheets and pillowcases looked clean, the pillows smelled dirty, I had to put a towel on the pillow to be able to sleep.
