Check in was at 3pm. We get there at 5pm, and was told to go back because room wasn’t ready. They didn’t even offer us a discount, plus receptionist was rude when I asked for a discount in which he denied. Room tables were dirty. Restroom shower stall w/ hairs. Very dissatisfied.

There was a problem at first with airconditioner having a banging sound but the clerk changed my room. Room did not have towels but that was resolved quickly.

The room smelled very bad! We left our car there while leaving the city and returning and it took forever to let us leave the parking, the breakfast area not so clean. The hotel smells bad in general.
