We had a great stay at the property. Breakfsst wss good, unfortunately, the juice machine was not working. The A/C worked but had a little issue cooking the room(I like to sleep in cooler temps). Hubby couldn't find thw hot water for the shower, but figured out that HOT is with the handle in the 2pm position. We would stay here again.

Light in shower didn’t work, flashed on and off, door to bathroom would not close, light in wall closest to window flashed on and off, no reading light by couch, a soft spot in the floor in front of couch(scary) and the elevator was very scary and slow.

Shower head had black mildew, grout did too. Ice machine on our floor did not work, forcing me to go downstairs. Also, breakfast had food but there was a time it needed to be restocked which took a bit. Elevator also is not good, it takes a while, makes noises, and has a slight drop when letting you off to you floor.

From the time I walked into the hotel I can see and smell the cleanliness. I have OCD so me saying I give the cleanliness a 10/10 is great! Everyone was very helpful when I needed anything and welcoming me, checking in, and assistance during the stay was great! My kids stayed here with me also; they didn’t want to leave, ha!

Pullout couch didn't work. Got new room. Pullout couch super dirty with fake nails flying off it. Room had hair in bathroom and floor. Yogurt selection was only blueberry. Fruit was only apples. Night receptionist not friendly or helpful at all. Got exasperated so quickly after i asked for assistance with the first room pullout

Room was as expected. Clean. Working AC. Staff welcoming. Hot tea wasn’t hot. Breakfast was just ok. Waffle iron was broken so hard to tell when it was done vs burnt.
