Room was very clean, lady cleaning our room each day did a great job. Easy walks to fun places. Our check in was painfully slow. The lady did apologize multiple times. The pool area WAS COLD!!! Pool was really COLD. They had no joke probably 50 towels around all the windows. Hot tub needed to be hotter to. It was a beautiful layout in regards to pool area but unuseable. (We were not the only people saying holey its COLD!) The GYM was incredibly nice. Nicest i have ever seen at a hotel. We did enjoy ourselves and the location. To sum this up we were not dissapointed, however if we came back to Montreal we would want to experience somewhere else. This didnt have the I'm coming back here every time vibe.

Staff was great. Because of the cold weather the restaurant was freezing so we asked to have our food delivered to our room. Nachos were burnt, Onion soup was burnt. I call the restaurant and they made a new batch of food for us and that was better. Prices were very expensive. The swimming pool was supposed to be heated it was freezing.
I have never seen sliced white bread on a onion soup before.
