The staff were kind, but the experience was extremely stressful. I was required to present the physical credit card used for the reservation, which I had forgotten at home, and they refused to accept the card already on file. While I understand fraud policies, this situation made me feel like I could have been left without a place to sleep. The parking is also far too small—I almost had an accident. I’ve stayed in Montreal many times and never experienced this. I will not stay at this hotel again.

There was renovations going on. It started early morning around 6:00 a.m. The work was close to our room, I wish we would have known and stayed on another floor or side of the building. No compensation was given
