The hotel staff were very friendly. When we asked if we could have a late check out due to our train they were very accommodating and allowed us to stay for free until 2 pm. That being said thankfully my daughter was in our room because when I came back to the room (after breakfast) my key no longer worked. We would have been locked out. The gym is simple but clean. Rooms are very clean and it was nice to have a full kitchen in the room. Would recommend this hotel as it is also close walking distance to downtown for eating/shopping.

Good room layout with old saggy beds

The room was good. The couch was comfortable. But the beds were terrible. They sagged so much in the middle that I had to try to sleep along the edge so that I could almost have a flat surface to sleep on. My first night was so uncomfortable I only slept 3 hours. Once I shifted to sleeping on the edge it was a bit better. The room was a bit dated. Kitchen drawers were stiff and a little broken. No pots or pans in the kitchen so that really limited food prep to toast and yoghurt. But the truth is, I would stay here again if the beds were better. Maybe the beds are newer in other suites? In room 1612 they were brutal.

Great location - easy walking distance to many attractions. Check in was easy and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and make us feel welcome. We took advantage of the valet parking, which was the same price as regular parking. We have a Hyundai Tucson, no problem with parking. The room was freshened daily. We will definitely choose this hotel again!
