Check in was smooth, staff was quick and helpful. Bath tube didnt work. Tv was poor in choices. At least could add netflix so customer can log in into their account. Main light switch turns off the fridge. Bad smell when heat is on. Noisy people yelling at 7 am in the corridors. Homelesses fighting outside early morning.breaksfast could be later during the week end.

key cards weren’t available for the first night and day of our stay. we had to wait for a staff member to show up with the universal key card to help us and 10 other guests. they were not helpful with trying to accommodate us and we were ended up being forced to pay for 2 extra nights when we were not going to be in Canada anymore.

This property was dirty and outdated. If someone took a shower the other person had to wait 3 hours because the tub wouldn't drain. There was this horrible smell coming from the sink. They charge you and additional $50 per night for parking and they don't even check that there is enough room for people to park. Would not recommend at all!!!

Rude employees, Dirty hotel, Bed bugs, bugs in our beds and we informed the staff and they did not do anything about it. Multiple customers faced the same issue and the hotel staff made us sit in the lobby for 12 hours until it was time to checkout.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent overnight stay at your hotel. From the moment I checked in, the experience was disappointing. The front desk receptionist was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the rest of my stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the room only made things worse. The bedsheets had visible stains, and the shower tub was unclean to the point where I did not feel comfortable using it. Cleanliness and hospitality are basic expectations for any hotel stay, and I was very disappointed that these were not met. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve future guest experiences.
