Would never recommend this place under and circumstances. We checked into a room with no Ac and dried blood on our bed sheets. The replacement sheets brought to our room afterward also had dried blood stains. Unsanitary and unhelpful staff. Worst hotel experience of my life.

The place is very poor maintained and the receptionists were not kind and helpful . the breakfast is only carbs nothing healthy for the price was not a very good experience not recommend it

Our room smelled a bit like smoke and our room number was written on the door with a sharpie. The sheets seemed clean so we stayed since we are just sleeping here. Parking expensive.

“Convenient Location, But Several Comfort Issues” The stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable. The bathroom lighting was very dim, which made getting ready a bit difficult. The toilet was placed too close to the wall, and the toilet paper holder was installed right beside it—making it very uncomfortable to use, especially as a larger person. The ironing board in the room was broken. I called the front desk to ask for a replacement, but was told they didn’t have any extras. Maintenance came to fix it, but unfortunately, it only stayed upright for about 10 minutes before collapsing again. Breakfast was very disappointing—one of the worst I’ve seen, with limited options and poor quality. I gave 3 stars mainly because the location is convenient, which was the one big plus.

Upon returning home, I received an emailed receipt. This is strange because I pay upfront for the entire stay. I called today to be told that something was missing from my room and I was charged a fee. This is utterly preposterous and as a long time client of this hotel, I am very upset. I have written to the hotel for an explanation as I was not given one over the phone. This is most likely a scam that the hotel is running in order to steal money from its guests. I have been a faithful client of this site since it first started. I used their previous site before the change. I feel as if this hotel is trying to steal money from me. How does some prove something was or was not stolen by the guest or by the staff. As a long tome guest of this hotel, I am very upset.

The rooms were ok. Could have been cleaner. We couldn’t get the room cooled off, opened windows and found that there was no screen. Front desk was not helpful in locating the closest parking and the food for breakfast was all carbs and minimal. No eggs, yogurt or fruit. Pancakes, croissant and sugary cereal were your options.
