Great property and location! In the heart of downtown and a block from Guy metro station. My questions were quickly answered. The place was very clean and has all that you need for long stays. There’s a parking lot 2 blocks away. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay here and as you can see it looks exactly like the pictures online. The location was in a good central location, walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, cafes, and the metro which was super convenient. The building is an apartment with only a couple of the floors converted into the “hotel” but it was in a secure and clean building as felt safe all hours of the day and into the night. We will definitely be staying here again our next time in Montreal!

Good apartment, concrete ceilings with epoxy floors, I did not feel comfortable enough to walk barefoot. Make sure floors are clean next time. Few towels that feel extra course. Its like someone put them through 100 washes at nearby prison before stocking them in this hotel. Clearly managers have not been inducted into the world of laundry softeners. While place looks renovated, doors are very old looking, proximity and gap in doors between bathroom and bedroom ensure that I could serenade my gf with my number 2 sounds and smells all night. Did I mention no working fan in bathroom? Some switches do nothing. Cracks evident on ceilings. Shower itself was 9/10 though, very nice. Very old LCD TV with nothing interesting to watch. Good price / day with expedia incentives. Overall, clean / large place in an old infrastructure with limited service. I like the place. Make improvements or I will look elsewhere next time.

The sofa in 402 was not comfortable and it needs a cleaning badly. I also didn’t like that there were no regular height chairs in the apartment. The sofa was a little too low and the chairs around the kitchen island were a little too high for me to comfortable get up and down from. I also did not like the cement floors. On the positive side, the location was great… very close to Guy-Concordia metro station and the food choices in the area were great. The shower was also very nice. The bed was fine. Overall though the apartment had a cold feeling.

The unit was cozy with all the amenities needed for my stay, although I never found the thermostat. Many restaurants, bakeries, dépanner (convenience) stores and a pharmacy around the corner. The metro was nearby and the museums and galleries a short walk or Uber away. Overall the neighborhood was safe but late night there was the occasional odd person, not an issue for me.

Property was nice and clean. Problem was that the fire alarm went off and frightened everyone and there was no one to call to see what was going on. Basically on your own. Fire department finally cleared the building and allowed us to return.

Convenient and well appointed. Comfy bed, but sheets were a little rough. Quiet/soundproofed. Steps away from the Green Line. Needs instructions for using the television. The place was basically clean, but needs attention to detail, eg the bathroom and kitchen wall tiles, stovetop, behind/under the coffee maker. As a woman traveling alone, I would have liked a physical lock/ bolt on the inside of the door.
