We had an absolute beautiful room. Very clean and modern. Power was always a problem on our trip and this room had so many options we got everything re-charged in no time. The bathroom was fantastic with plenty of space and a big clean shower. Air conditioning worked perfectly so we very comfortable.

My husband and stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We had no interaction with staff. Room was nice and spacious. Air conditioning was good but LOUD. On check-out day, we took our luggage to the car. We came back to take the rest but we couldn't get in the room. We got the card key activated at the reception desk but it failed. A technician tried to open the door but failed. They called his superior who works in a sister hotel. It took him about an hour to open the door. Overall, our departure was delayed by two hours. During that difficult time we weren't offered even a cup of coffee, let alone breakfast. I think we deserve more than just an apology. A full refund is the least that can be provided to offset this bad experience.
