Beautiful hotel. Great staff. The only reason it was good and not excellent was the room was cold. 62 degrees when I walked in. I had to call the front desk to get heat. They sent someone. He said he fixed it but it could take a couple hours to get warm. It took all late. I did a late check in. Why wasn't it already fixed?

The staff and room were great. But the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were completely empty when we got there. There was also a dog barking in the morning and kids running up and down the hall, each morning we stayed there
