The breakfast was good. Although the bacon was a little dried up. It would be nice if you could pay in cash at the bar . We were not impressed with the lights on the pitch being on all night . And why cant you watch the football from your room. Doest make sense having windows looking onto the pitch.

Clean hotel and located just a short walk from the golden mile. Our room had a window that couldn't lock so reported but couldn't be repaired that day (these things happen). Overall I enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

I did not get to the spa and there were shops not too far. The only problem we had was on the second day someone barged into the room without knocking! We reported at the reception but still expecting a proper response to the issue

Take away the pitch view and there’s really nothing special about this hotel, and I definitely wouldn’t say it’s 4 star. The shower screen wasn’t sealed properly so the bathroom floor flooded every time we had a shower, air con didn’t work properly and the bed was very uncomfortable. All in all I’d say it’s very average and wouldn’t stay here again.

Disappointing

Hotel room was big, very clean and comfortable except the tea tray had a lot of long blonde hairs on it and window wouldn't open. The reception staff and restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. But we had to ask at reception 3 times to come up and remove hairs and tray . They didn't come up until afternoon of 2nd day while we were out. This is totally unacceptable. A large hotel should have staff to deal with problems after housekeeping leave at 4pm. Breakfast was adequate but horrible sausages and not much choice. Despite the lovely room we wouldn't stay again due to lack of service

No heating and hairs in bathroom

No heating and the air con had been left on cold prior to our stay.no body wash in shower, no hand soap at all.plug sockets didn’t work.hairs in bath/shower and sink.a few bits of rubbish seen down the side of bed.
