Room. Room was very clean. However while the towels were clean they were damp (seemed like they should have been left in the dryer longer). Wasn’t crazy about the headboard/ bolsters. And chairs were awkward. The tub chair needed pillows to be able to sit in chair & have your back supported. Desk chair comfy but one person kept tripping over wheels
