Room was not ready until 745 pm. No help with bags. Charged for valet parking but car sat outside hotel in same spot it was left. Asked for late checkout until 12pm — given all of the above a no brainer — was told no. I can’t even make it up.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is automatically delivered in a picnic basket to your room each morning, which consisted of mostly baked goods. Quality was so-so. They really need to figure out how to serve a sit down breakfast for guests, There was a coffee machine in the room, but we couldn’t figure out how to use it, and all they had in the room were artificial creamers which we don’t drink. The front desk staff was very friendly, but every time we called them, for example to ask how to use the coffee machine, no one picked up the phone and the voice mail box was full.

This boutique hotel is an absolute gem in the heart of Charleston. The valet/concierge service is super helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the complimentary happy hour and breakfast baskets were lovely. The hotel room was a loft style apartment - just amazing. Great location too, safe and not too loud despite being in such a vibrant location. The complimentary local jeep service for tips was a huge help too! Highly recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel where we have stayed several times. We had no hot water in our suite and sediment in the sink faucet. We spoke with the front desk and asked me to reach out to the general manager- I tried to leave him a message and sent an email with no response.

Fabulous service, with a special shout out to Crystal! Lovely wine and cheese hour. Great rooftop bar and restaurant. Very walkable area. The room was like an upscale city apartment. This is our favorite hotel in Charleston!
