Air conditioner does not work efficiency. In such cold day we have to wear a coat in room a couple of hour to wait worm up little bit, then you have to experience a loud noice from the older conditioner all night. Basically there is no service in the hotel, the room is clean, but the stair to the room so dirty. Not worth for you paid such high price to stay there.

The location and price were great. The room was big for a city hotel and clean. This is a walk-up and the steps are very very steep. The water pressure in the shower was poor and the temperature was scalding hot. There is no staff so we would have had to call or text.

No TV and no parking was a bummer. As long as you have your own laptop w/ Netflix or Amazon Prime & you are Ubering/Lyfting everywhere - it's perfect. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE!

Disappointed with the condition of the room. The carpet looks and smells dirty, which makes the room smell musty and dusty. The bathroom door in room 3D does not close. The headboard is not properly attached and bounces when one gets on or off the bed. No television which as I understand is not something rooms have but pictures online show a tv in a room and the room we were in has the tv hook up. The towels were stained, I was told we would be getting a new set asap along with a room refresh. Got the towels 2 hours later, which were also stained and the room refresh didn’t happen. There is no daily housekeeping. The location is great.

Overall room was good. The climb up the stairs with no elevator and heavy luggage was not fun. And I think a tv and a few more guest amenities in the room would improve the accommodations. Area around the room is very nice. Lots of cute shops and delicious restaurants
