An excellent hotel situated immediately opposite the pompei ruins and within easy walking distance of local shops restaurants and bars. Food was excellent, staff friendly and helpful and rooms were beautifully appointed.

The staff were excellent, friendly and so helpful with sorting out taxis and arranging a wine tour at the local vineyard at short notice. The food is excellent and the outside dining area is beautiful and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel if someone was visiting Pompeii.

Excellent Stay!

We were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Forum. The location was great as the south exit of the ruins is right out front. The room was very spacious, and had the best bed of the trip! The room was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was outstanding, and all of the staff were very nice. We had dinner at the hotel twice, and each meal was excellent. Hotel Forum was perfect and outdid our expectations!

Was in good location for ruins. Bed was comfy, restaurnt food was good, room decent size, staff was pleasant with the exception of someone at the front desk who yelled at me when I asked to control the room temperature. It was way too hot (27c) but the woman said there was no air con so I should open my window if I wanted to cool it down. Would have been fine except for the easy jazz music that they pipe into the courtyard, which plays all day and night. So not very pleasant choice - windows closed in hot room, or noisy with open windows. Ruined place for me.

Easy to find and great location for train and bus stops and Pompeii ruins themselves. Lovely lemon grove garden to sit out in. Unfortunately we had a noisy neighbour and had to get reception to ask them to be quiet. Very cheap restaurant a few doors down with drinkable sparkling wine for €8 a bottle. Huge pizzas too.

Great location, free wi-fi and nice restaurant. Staff friendly and welcoming. Entrance to Pompeii park just opposite the Hotel. Bus stop to Vesuvius 100metres along road (get your Vesuvius ticket online before you go). Turn right and town centre is a short walk.

Phenomenal location across the street from an entrance to the incredible Pompeii ruins. Charming courtyard, quiet, clean, comfortable rooms. Only challenge was the shower - bathtub, which was very high-sided and slippery. Would definitely stay here again.
