the shower was the best part. staff was friendly. overall, the design is well thought out and the bed was comfy. BTS ARMY approved 💜

The only drawback is the road noise when outside your room. The property is so lovely and inviting, lush with water fountains and outdoor living spaces. Amenities were first class, rooms spacious and beds comfy. Decor a bit dated but interesting. Overall a gem especially for the price and convenience.

My room was infested with ticks, no one who works there seemed surprised & the manager has not reached out to rectify the situation. I had to have my car & luggage chemically sprayed so I didn't bring any ticks home with me, replace all my groceries & hygiene products & transfer to a new hotel at 5am so I could make it to work on time. I noticed the pool wasn't particularly usable & the hotel was kind of what I expected. The room looked clean, my only guess is that the cleaning staff does there best but there's not much they can do if management doesn't pay pest control. After I left, I checked google reviews & they've had this problem for the past year. It's notable the manager didn't reach out to me, but took the time to respond to my google review essentially saying my experience wasn't possible. Disgusting way to run a business.
