Room was excellently appointed and the hotel itself is new and beautiful. Music in the restaurant Saturday night and fire pits outside in beautiful ambience. We really enjoyed the well appointed exercise room and the complimentary bikes. We rode 45 minutes along the Bayview Trail to Stanford University from the hotel and loved it. Will definitely stay again.

Very disappointing stay overall. The only positives were free parking and continental breakfast, but the breakfast options were minimal and most of the bagels and croissants were stale. The hotel also has very poor sound insulation as we could hear carts and people talking in the hallway throughout the night. The biggest issue was the staff and housekeeping. Front desk employees were not friendly or helpful, and when I asked for extra towels I was told I had to bring my dirty towels down to exchange them, which seemed unusual and inconvenient. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. I stayed three nights and the room wasn’t cleaned until the last night despite being told it would be done earlier. When I asked for an extra blanket and pillow, the housekeeper made it seem like a major inconvenience. Overall, the lack of helpful service, noise issues, and inconsistent housekeeping made this a frustrating stay. I would not stay here again.

Ok place to stay. It's a motel. I'm use to staying at hotels. Place is abit rundown. Price per night is good. Outside lot seemed abit worry some. Meaning not sure if someone will mess with your car overnight.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Very noisy. Hot tub and ice machine broken
