While the hotel has been recently remodeled, our AC did not work well in the heat wave. The sink was also smashed and being held together by poorly applied filler and calk. The neighborhood was very questionable. The surrounding roads were more patch than road, completely missing in some areas, and a huge swath of the roads were closed to through traffic. We had a hard time finding a way out of the neighborhood. Decent hotel in a sketch area

Easy check in and ok location. Cleanliness - drain in bathroom was smelly. When pulled out the filter had hair, food, noodles and clean scent tabs. Most disgusting smell ever and all they try to do was Matt when I just needed to be cleaned.

Driving into property there was a working woman on the street there. The window in our first floor room did not lock sheets were dingy blankets look dirty towels were nasty room smelled. We had to take all our belongings to car since we were there 2 nights.they did put a bar in the window when we questioned. Not being from area this area this was a bad part of town very disappointed since this room cost 400.00 I thought it must be good since it was a Wyndham Hotel. It was NOT..

Not in a good area,there’s a store next to hotel and the people that were around didn’t seem to be good people(I’m thinking a lot of drugs in the area. But the hotel is safe we had no issues. The stay was quiet! Beds were ok(personal preference of to hard) and was clean! The breakfast was good, hands down the best biscuits I’ve ever had. Nice and fluffy.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is basically cereal or toast. There was also waffles. But no protein. The area seemed a little run down.

Needs Attention, but OK.

The hotel was ok. My only complaints were some areas of the room really needed cleaning. The carpet by our window was very sticky, the bed frames and walls on headboard needed a good wipedown. Pillows were small and lacking stuffing for any head support. The staff was very nice though and deposit was $20 cash, which they gave back upon check out. Breakfast was good but the room to eat was small and you werent allowed to bring it back to your room to eat. Housekeeping came in unannounced around 10am and checkout was 11am. So there are some minor, yet very fixable issues.

A great stay!

Don't be put off by the neighborhood and roads. The hotel is great. An off-the-beaten -path place. Great service arranging an extra night for us. Great bed. Clean room. It was just right for our base while exploring the Muskegon area.

Definitely not worth the price I paid. Towels wouldn’t absorb the water on my body after my shower. When I turned off the light switch by the door, it also turnoff the plugs. My phone & Apple Watch did not charge. The coffee maker boiled the water out of the reservoir popping hot water in my hand. Never did come thru the coffee pod. Not a good recommendation. I had a miserable time.
