Everything stood out. Right from entering the place, to check in and to check out. A lot of the things they did was 5 star hotel for us. They took our luggage to our hotel room so when we came back to officially check in everything was in the room. The front reception was very welcoming and very helpful with everything. They even contacted JR West for me to help with retrieving my back pack that I left in the train. Facilities: We had our own coin operated wash and dry laundry at our level which you needed to book to use. So it was very convenient for us. There was also 3 coin operated laundry wash and dry by the reception desk that included a microwave room and more free toiletries. Money exchange machine by the reception as well. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Plenty of options and you can even have multiple flavoured ice cream along with it. Hotel Room The room was spacious enough for two. The bed was very comfortable. There were free toiletries too such as, comb, shaver, toothbrush and toothpaste along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There’s a massage shop by the hotel entry door as well. Convenience Located right next to Nagano Station and bus stops to main attractions. You can also go to the station without going out of the hotel as level two has a connecting hall to the station. Thank you to the reception team for making our stay wonderful

Room was small but clean. Location is super convenient, very near amenities, shopping, bus and train. Sound proofing is good as we could not hear the buses or trains despite being next door.

Hotel is connected to Nagano station, which makes it super easy for travel. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Mine had a great view. I also enjoyed the breakfast and service. Highly recommend!

Hotel Metropolitan Nagano is directly connected from Nagano Station which is a gateway to lots of sightseeing spots. Service was impeccable, breakfast abundant and scrumptious, location so central to shopping and dining. The only thing I wish this hotel would have is a spa with public bath/sauna. With cold winter in Nagano, hot bath would make the stay perfect. Otherwise, I enjoyed everything about my stay at this hotel.
