A comfortable room with helpful staff at check in. I would recommend this hotel.

A gorgeous hotel with lovely decor, very clean and quiet. The room was smaller than expected but comfortable for an overnight stay, and the overall presentation was excellent.

The hotel was very clean , the staff (the receptionist and the cleaners) are very friendly , helpful and efficient. The car park is good and free of charge. All the shops and cafes are about 5 minutes walking from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay in Napier and definitely when I return to Napier I will stay at Expressotel, thanks.

Fine for what we needed.

Great stay, perfect location with a beautiful view of the water. Loved the addition of a spa and washing and dryer and loved how the room had a split level. Had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay here. The only downside however, was that at bedtime we could hear what sounded like the washing machine/dryer from the rooms nearby, but thankfully the beds were comfy so we still got a nice sleep. And there were areas in the kitchen that had some spills that werent wiped down properly. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location friendly staff and within walking distance of CBD and restaurants.
