Very nice stay

Quick one night stay. Tough to find for us American Idiots. Right across the street from the train station; super convenient. Able to check in real early which was super nice. Large 2 bedroom: Clean, cool, and comfortable. Was noisy (there is no place that's completely quiet in Napoli), but way quieter than i thought it would be (I know that seems contradictory, but.....expectations). Slept good, and I'm a very light sleeper! Complimentary breakfast was in the cafe just outside the hotel and consisted of a fantastic croissant and a very good espresso. Nice stay overall, and would definitely stat here again!

Excellent service by Armando. Hotel is across from Naples train station, very convenient. Outside area is quite noisy but not hotels fault. Felt very safe inside hotel. Cleaning staff was amazing, very clean unit.

It would have been good to know in advance that there was no reception area and access was through key pads. The WhatsApp contact before arrival was very good as was the response to questions It would have been much more convenient if the local tax had been included in the price

Good Spot

Amando was an excellent host. His communication was excellent and access was clear and easy. The location is near the train station so there is a lot of pedestrian activity.and atendant sounds. There really is no "bar" scene but plenty of solid food options. I would return

It's Good

There was noisy construction or something going on till midnight and started again by 7am. Wasnt a horrible issue, but it was what it was. This is my second year to stay here and ill do it again. Great location for arrivals and departires by rail.

The property is perfectly situated across from the train station and walking distance to the main streets and attractions. The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and modern. The bed was cozy and the room was a good size.

Armando was a great host and the suite was spacious and modern and clean and was serviced daily. Being right at the station it was very convenient but there were a lot of loiterers so it felt unsafe at night - I personally witnessed a poor young traveller have her phone robbed by a guy who snatched it out of her hands and ran off….so not the best of areas. But then again, at least it’s in an open public area so a bit safer than some of the quiet side streets

Good, convenient place to stay near train station.

Good experience. Expected the neighborhood to be a bit rough, near the train station, but wanted a nice, clean, affordable option for a one night stay. This fit the bill perfectly. Host very responsive.
