We stay in 4 and 5 star hotels this is not one of those-bathroom had mold, room service was horrible and the food was the worst I have had in Italy-go to get food from restaurants near the hotel much better

We enjoyed our 5 day stay. During 2nd day we reported water leak from the ceiling due to A/C. It took them 2 days until management decided that this is unrepairable and were upgraded to better room. Breakfast is average and limited but okay.
