很新的飯店，地點就在車站旁邊，預定的是豪華雙人，空間很寬敞，窗外就是車站的景色。 早餐很豐盛，日式西式都有，還有免費的溫泉！ 價格整體上也都比大阪市區便宜的多，推薦可以在奈良輕鬆住幾晚：）

staff was nice. bedroom wasnt too bad, but to make room for a 2 person bed, some sacrifices had to be made (walking space). also, using the bathroom was awkward and we arent that tall (5'4 amd 5'2).

We had an issue with the pillow in this hotel. The one which is in this room is just like a tree log and we did not even consider it as a pillow. It's very hard and big, not appropriate for sleep. Apparently, that's why they have other pillows to choose at the lobby. However, by the time we arrived, all the pillows were gone. I am sorry for the front desk staff that have to deal with this problem, although it's a problem of the product operations manager who chose them from the very beginning. After long negotiations, staff did a great job and was able to deal with my request. Also, the bedside plug did not work, so they provided me with the extension cord to use the other plug. The staff in this hotel was professional and very helpful. That's the only reason I give this hotel a high evaluation. Other that that, it was pretty disappointing. When you book a hotel with this price, you expect it at least to have a normal pillow and working electric appliances. I had issues with both. During the buffet-style breakfast, kitchen staff was very helpful to guide me through the allergens, since I have a lot of food restrictions. The security system... You cannot go directly to the rooms, you need to go through the lobby to access elevator leading to the rooms. However, I felt that the code system of the room is very complicated. Also, I felt that if you lose the receipt with your code, someone can easily access you room.

Great location for a quick business trip

It was extremely fine. I would not recommend breakfast , at least during COVID-19. A bento with cold rice and assorted items. At least they graciously refunded the amount I paid for it.

The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the Nara train station via a covered walkway, in a complex that includes an upscale department store and several restaurants. It’s very near a multitude of other restaurants and shops in the surrounding neighborhood, and a short walk from the Naramachi area. It’s about a thirty-minute walk through pleasant streets to Nara's main attractions, the Great Buddha and the deer park. The hotel itself is of the quintessential business variety, with very small but efficiently designed rooms reminiscent almost of a stateroom on a ship. The most attractive feature of the hotel is the on-site onsen on the top floor, open all hours.
