Overall, our experience at Holiday Inn Cochin was very disappointing. The food was tasteless and of poor quality. The check-in process was frustrating — even though we arrived around 4 PM, the rooms were still not ready. The AC in our room was not working properly, and when I complained, a front desk staff member responded rudely, saying the AC was working fine and that I simply didn’t know how to use it. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. Additionally, the bathroom sink was clogged, which added to the discomfort. We had booked two rooms, and none of my family members were happy with the stay. Overall, it was a waste of money, and this experience did not meet the standards expected from an IHG property.

Wonderful stay! I had booked two nights but needed to cancel one. Though Hotels.com couldn’t reach the hotel, Mr. Shekar Nigam at the front desk handled it smoothly and charged me only for one night. Really appreciate the gesture. The property is well maintained and the breakfast buffet has an excellent spread.
