Staff support lacking. Arrived at 21.45, no elevator, at 22.00 the bar closed so no drinks before bed. The room is large and the bed good. The shower rose hang of the wall as well as the toilet roll holder, tile broken of the wall and we booked a shuttle to the domestic airport and got dropped of at the International and had to find our own way to the Domestic which was damned poor. The breakfast, at extra cost, was excellent. Would not go back to this motel. Picture is correct. Terrible lights.

If it wasn’t t for the friendly staff our stay would have been the pits. No maintenance, tv didn’t work, a gap in window so the wind whistled like you wouldn’t believe and cups from last people weren’t washed!! They did give us an upgrade but glasses weren’t washed from last people either. Grounds are untidy, there’s nothing to make the place cherry.

The worst mattress I have ever slept on. Our queen bed and one of our children's singe beds had massive dips in them, with no spring left in them at all. Breakfast was very basic. One staff member was behind the desk in the evening and the morning - but you would hardly call them welcoming or enthusiastic. All round a pretty lack lustre experience.

A clean place that’s next to the airport. Nice reliable elevator. 24hr check-in desk. The only two things that were not good are the lighting (the hallways are dim), and the smell of the building is not the best. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable and the room is big enough.

The hotel is really old. Which means walls are worn out and rust and mold are in the corners of the bathroom. Location is nice because it's close to the airport, but having to travel to the main city and back is inconvenient. I had trouble finding an Uber from the Sydney opera house to the hotel, drivers keep canceling my request and couldn't find an Uber for 1 hr. Just a thought, maybe the drivers didnt want to go too far from the city

I got sick and tried to cancel. I left messages on their phone. They called me a no show. Which is not the case. I did try to let them know my situation. I got covid and had a very high fever. I wanted them to change the dates of my hotel stay. So for the price of the room I got nothing. Except they did ask me to review. So I am reviewing. They say covid is no longer a valid reason for rebooking or refund. With a fever of 102 and body aches, and a positive covid test. What am I supped to do?. Travel so everyone around me gets sick.....I think I behaved travel responsibly. I've been traveling the world for years....I hate it when someone is coughing around me. So no service, no hotel stay, just money out of my pocket.
