The room was dilapidated - paint peeling, tub/shower combination, and using a straight-rod plastic shower curtain rather than enclosed shower. There also was no anti-slip rubber mat for the tub. They also had an extra charge for the shuttle to the airport (a short seven-minute ride).

Problem was with the bathroom. After shower bathroom floor is pretty much flooded as water doesn't flow down the drain very well. Also no light above shower and no light in tea making area. Staff friendly. Room is clean too.

It was not a 4 star hotel. Possibly a 2 star. There was a live bug to greet me in the bed. The toilet/shower were tiny and cramped. The room was also very small.
