I booked a week at Vessel Inn but ended up extending three more days after another hotel I had booked near DisneySea canceled my reservation due to a credit card issue. All the staff at Vessel Inn were incredibly respectful, professional, and helpful — one male staff member patiently assisted me with the extension. I also enjoyed chatting with Hao, who speaks Vietnamese and was very friendly. The rooms are clean , spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is very fresh, healthy, and delicious. I’m so glad I stayed longer — truly a fantastic experience and I will come back again.

When traveling with children from the US, Expedia should add that children in the US is not the same as in Japan, in every hotel I had the same problem, the charged me to change my room, and it ended up being really expensive, like the charge was for another room instead of just adding a person (my daughter is 15), when this was the sites fault not mine. I understand the hotel; they just should clarify that with US customers.

Staff and property were both nice. The AC became a heater for some reason and the entire room became a sauna during the day. We were only there for 2 nights to see Disneysea but were surprised to find out the hotel is an hour away by train.

I can’t say enough about this place. The convenience of the train station is steps away. There is a McDonalds that you could see from the hotel like a 3 minute walk. The hotel is above a supermarket with everything you may need. Taxis and buses stop all day long right in front of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. Staff is excellent. Breakfast Japanese style is very elaborate. Coffee is delicious. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect start and end for our days. It's a quiet area so you can get rest for your day ahead. Book with the breakfast option, it's delicious and convenient. And it's within minutes of the Keisei Tsudanuma station. Bonus, the grocery store is open until 1 am. Rooms were clean, laundry nearby, and a evening drink from the 10th floor.
