It was an older building which is fine, but it wasn’t a clean room. The towels that were presumably folded as “clean” were dirty and hadn’t been washed. Stains/spots on the towels came off with use. There was a dusty type dirt on the floor. There was hair and remnants of the previous person showering there. It seemed the only thing taken care of in the room was the bedding. The sink had small unknown fuzz balls in it as well. The staff was friendly and courteous, and it was fairly easy to catch a Lyft from the location, but I wouldn’t stay at this location again due to the lack of cleanliness. There was a significant gap between the door and the door frame. This made me concerned about the security of the door and the bolt being able to securely latch. Again the staff was friendly, but due to the lack of upkeep I’d stay at a different Comfort Inn or a different hotel.

The staff was very nice, housekeeping did a very good job. The whole 2nd floor smelled like weed and cigarettes, I could hear everything through the thin walls, the whole place needs a renovation.

I’m glad there was an airport shuttle. There was spackle on the walls that wasn’t painted. I had to add another night because I arrived early. One of the hotel managers came to my room wanting proof that I had reserved the other two nights, which I showed him on the Expedia app. The room was in a poorer part of Chester, and there were loud noises. I don’t recommend this place.

Mohit was very nice & welcoming, made sure we were comfortable. Also I don’t remember his name but he was the 3rd shift driver for Friday & Saturday night, he was also very welcoming

The worst hotel I ever stayed in my hole life, no internet in the room, poor customer service, no carpet in rooms and worst of all no amenities of any type. I believe this is the worst hotel in whole universe.

Team members "Rose" and "Pershot" (I hope I spelled his name correctly) were extremely kind and helpful with my situation of needing to get into my room early. Rosie was especially kind. Disliked: 1.) Not enough parking spaces 2.) Although there are primary automatically opening doors at the entrance, both of the secondary non-automatically opening entry doors should have doorstops rather than just one door. It is a struggle for guests with carts to get through one door with a doorstop while holding the other open. 3.) Shower floor may be clean but appears unclean, worn and dingy.

The hotel was very comfortable, quiet and safe. As soon as I stepped in my room, I felt it was a little oasis from the world. The location was little bit farther from downtown than I expected but at least it was a straight shot down the 95. I could be there in about 25 minutes on average. The customer service was not bad. I felt they could have been more knowledgeable when I asked them questions. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

I wasn't expecting much with it being a Comfort Inn, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean, the breakfast was actually really good, I was comfortable and all the staff were extremely polite. I was in Philly for a funeral so I'll probably never be back, but if I do I will stay here again, for sure!
