You should clarify that this place is rather a hostel than a hotel hotel! Je price is excessive for thelack of comfort and facilities. There’s no cleanning service for the whole length of the stay! The kids enjoyed the pool and it save the trip wbut I definitely won’t go back again.

colonie de vacance

RĂ©servation sur Hotels.com pour 3 (couple + enfant). Lors de notre arrivĂ©e 20h, aprĂšs vĂ©rif la chambre rĂ©servĂ©e Ă©tait pour 2 alors que le prix et la confirmation de rĂ©servation pour 3. La responsable a Ă©tĂ© trĂ©s rĂ©active et a fait le nĂ©cessaire avec les moyens mis Ă  sa dispo pour nous proposer une chambre de 3 dans un autre Ă©tablissement de St Pierre Ă  ses frais. Rafraichissements offerts pendant l'attente, et petits dĂ©j gratuit chez elle le lendemain matin, passer d'une rdce Ă  l'autre de bon matin...Bref. Pas de scandale pour 1 nuit. Loin du service hĂŽtelier qui est facturĂ©, cette rĂ©sidence a tout de la colonie de vacances. File d'attente pour les repas, le petit dĂ©jeuner, animations bruyantes le soir. Covid19, bĂ©mol sur le service du petit dĂ©j, masque obligatoire, aucune distanciation dans la file d'attente, une personne (pas aimable) pour la distribution des viennoiseries/pain et totale autonomie pour tout le reste avec les personnes qui coupent la file pour se resservir au buffet (concernant le buffet, Quid Covid : pourquoi un saladiers de pĂąte Ă  tartiner et de confiture ou tout le monde trempe sa cuillĂšre). Erreur d'aiguillage, je pensai avoir trouvĂ© une bonne adresse sur St Pierre La Mer car pas d’hĂŽtel sur place. Dommage mais pas grave.

A dĂ©conseiller. Seul point positif l'accueil, personnel trĂšs disponible et souriant. Chambres avec porte-fenĂȘtre coulissante qui ne fermait pas correctement, vent qui s'infiltrait. A rĂ©nover....murs...Petit dĂ©jeuner dĂ©cevant. Payer 110 euros avec les pdj pour se service, exorbitant pour la qualitĂ© de la prestation.

HÎtel correct mais un peu décevant, chambre trop petite et proche de l entrée principale de l hÎtel, donc lampadaire devant le balcon, bruit du passage des gens, obligé de fermer la porte vitrée. Pas de climatisation donc chaleur insupportable pour la nuit.

AgrĂ©able sĂ©jour trĂšs bien passĂ© Personnel gentille et accueillante hĂŽtel super bien situer autour des activitĂ©s plage piscine restaurants Ă  proximitĂ© et un gros gros plus avec une vue trĂšs agrĂ©able au petit matin sur la mer quelques petites imperfections sans vraiment de gĂȘne mais qui peut ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ© et qui pourrait ĂȘtre un petit plus STORE qui ne ferme pas correctement donc pas de grasse matinĂ©e vraiment personnel pas monter du tout pour rĂ©gler le problĂšme beaucoup dĂ©co dans les couloirs on entend tout le monde parler Ă  6h du matin pas possible de faire la grasse matinĂ©e idem le soir Ă  2h du matin accommodation au revoir matelas un peu usĂ© ainsi que les meubles qui peut gĂącher le cĂŽtĂ© agrĂ©able de la chambre point sinon pour un 2 Ă©toiles c'est c'est agrĂ©able point petit dĂ©j bon rapport qualitĂ©-prix rien Ă  dire je me suis rĂ©galĂ© au bord de la piscine reste trĂšs agrĂ©able avec qui on se met Ă  l'extĂ©rieur une vue sur la mer point vous l'aurez compris point fort de cet hĂŽtel et son emplacement c'est point faible les accommodation de la chambre

Bon sĂ©jour Bon rapport qualitĂ©/prix mĂȘme si la chambre Ă  subi du passage de vacanciers (mobilier usĂ©) mais rien de gĂȘnant pour profiter de notre sĂ©jour. Si je voulais du top qualitĂ© j'avais le choix de prendre un 5 Ă©toiles :pas pour moi. Un petit soucis de rĂ©servation qui n'a pas bien fonctionnĂ© par internet mais que l'hĂŽtesse d'accueil a bien gĂ©rĂ© sur le moment. Je recommande cet hĂŽtel pour les budgets moyens, pour son emplacement, la qualitĂ© de l'accueil. Je vais y revenir c'est sĂ»r. PS: le seul bĂ©mol, les clients qui ne respectent pas les autres clients dans les couloirs et par leur discussion de balcon Ă  balcon mais ça, l'hĂŽtel n'y peut rien. Ceci dit en gĂ©nĂ©ral je suis trĂšs satisfait de cet hĂŽtel.
