Our room(s) were very nice - we ended up back at the hotel when our flight was cancelled so we tried the original room (lowest price) and the nicer one that the airline booked. Both were roomy, the second one had a couch so it was bigger but the bathrooms were the same and they were full-sized. Beds comfortable, linens nice, complementary water bottles and glasses, luggage rack, extra hand towel, toiletry kit, and slippers. Very clean and neat and nicely decorated. Curtains functioned well, I think there was a rug but most of the floor was not carpeted. Did not have a perfume smell!! Very pleasant. Big Swedish breakfast buffet plus egg, bacon and waffle buffet. All the teas, coffees and juices you could want - fresh juices. The restaurant was very good for supper - the risotto was perfect and the wine suggestion was very complimentary. Cheese plate and crackers were good. Meal for 2 with wine and beer annd cheese board for around $60US each but we could’ve eaten for much less. Hotel is full of art and dining room has a huge wall of art. A little further to walk over here but it’s super nice!

We arrived at Göteborg Airport just after midnight and were delighted to find our hotel only a 5-minute walk away. The receptionist, Ahmed, welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism, making our late check-in a breeze. This was our first visit to Sweden, and we instantly fell in love with the city! The hotel is spotlessly clean, family-friendly, and truly welcoming—I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Göteborg.

This hotel was very welcoming and friendly. The room was ideal for my purposes. Nice to have complimentary tea/coffee making facilities too. The restaurant also was very good. The decor was quite striking which added a cosy homely feel.

As a couple of whom one is disabled, hotel bookings are always fraught with difficulties. However, not in this instance. The staff were super helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was stressfree. The room was spacious, the bathroom facilities well thought out and spotlessly clean.
