Room looked nothing like the photos advertised on Expedia. The room was extremely dated and beat up…all edges of the wood furniture was chipped up and the arm chair looked like it was ready for a dump run. Room was clean though but was febreezed with half a bottle. Mattress and pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was great in the morning and Miley station was a nice touch. It was a convenient location though - walkable to most things.

The Carpets and curtains needed a good cleaning or replaced, microwave door was super cracked. Room also had a strong smell of whatever product they used to clean with. also you are charged for parking in the parking lot $40 separate from room fees.

The reception manager staff was very rude to the person in front of me and me when we questioned the fact that they charge for parking. He knew that at 11pm he had us cornered. They charge $22 per day for parking on an open icy lot. Later in the morning, the access door to the lobby was closed and I had to walk over 100 feet of a very icy and dangerously slippery section on the parking lot to get to the Lobby. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was marginal. Will not be staying there ever again.
