We were greeted at check in and she provided us with breakfast info. She also provided us with info on where to find places to eat for dinner. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet.

The hotel is filthy. Even the curtains were covered with stains. The carpeting is filthy. There is a constant smell of marijuana through the hallways, lobby and sometimes in the rooms. It is in a rough area, near an abandoned shopping mall. I would not advise anyone to stay or eat anywhere on this exit.

Great room. Clean comfy & spacious. Did find that someone had smoked weed on my floor & the smell was strong but not the hotels fault. There was a house across the road that had been boarded up & felt kinda like a sketchy area but nothing bad actually happened. Overall good stay

We travel 3-4 times to Nashville a year. We have stayed at this hotel several times a year. Its location is convenient for us. Front desk lady was kind of rude this time. She didn't greet us when we arrived. She basically just handed the keys and when back to the office. Didn't ask us if we had questions, didn't explained anything. This might be our last time here. Need better service personnel.
