We have multiple units so can accommodate larger groups in adjacent units (Ask us). Experience Nashville and all its bars, honky tonks, and great restaurants. The entire condo is updated with new floors, fixtures, appliances, granite countertops, and stainless steel sink.

This location is near the marathon motors historic district. It worked fine for our group of 4 but still pretty small. It was our first time in Nashville so might try a different area next time but would recommend this to place anyone.

We enjoyed our time in Nashville!It was close to downtown (but not as close as I thought it was). Parking downtown is so expensive unless you find off street parking. Check in was easy and it was clean. AC units in each room was nice to control individual temperature.

Just as pictured! Hosts were gracious, kind, and easy to reach. SO nice having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. VERY quiet neighborhood, felt safe walking the mile or so to and from my conference every day. Highly recommend, would stay here again!!!

Everything was pretty good. Located close to downtown Nashville with an Uber. It's a little hard to drive in area with it being such a busy area but only about 5 min with Uber which is what I would suggest. We had a great time and if we come back we'll be sure to stay there again .

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at the Colby. It was as described online, the location was convenient, and the private parking lot was a plus. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with anything you might need. The bedrooms and decor were a bit bare bones, but it didn’t affect our stay too much. There was a small cleanliness issue upon checking in, but the hosts were apologetic and addressed it promptly. They were very communicative and friendly. For the value, we were happy with it.
