Everything was wonderful..the check in the room breakfast except the bartender Anthony..he seemed very rude and didnt feel like he wanted to work there..He didnt even open the bar untill after 5 on Wednesday...we were at the pool at 4 and we knew it was going to open at 5 so we could get some drinks but he was still setting up..wouldn't even open the sliding doors since he didnt even open the other door so we could come in but he didnt want to open it at all..Me and my husband work in tne food industry and we would never treat patrons this way!!..Also your bartender Megan was Amazing!!..She took care of us so well!!..

The hotel was clean, safe, and close to Broadway St. The staff was informative, friendly, and attentive. Parking was separate from the hotel in a city run parking structure and the parking rates were exorbitant.

We came for the Eric Clapton concert- was within walking distance to Bridgestone Arena. Parking for the hotel was very expensive!
