The property was close enough to everything but located in a quiet neighborhood downtown. Everything is within 30 minute walk or 10 min drive/ ride share. But most of all and best of all we had excellent service from the time we checked in until checkout. Please asked for Perison one of their front desk staff, she gave us ideas of where to go and where not to go.

We enjoyed the pool and pool bar. Our room was clean. I wish I would have caught the name of the lady who checked us in, she and all of the front desk staff were amazing. Any request we had (clean towels) was addressed immediately and with a smile. Breakfast and employees were also fantastic.

I liked the rooftop pool and lounge area. Nice view of a good piece of Nashville. Wasn't that fond of the breakfast being served. The eggs and the grits were kind of tasteless and that's something you don't expect from a hotel in the South.
