50$ to park( not listed prior to booking). Garage is confusing. No available cart to use for bringing luggage from 3rd floor garage. Faucets are loose. Hot water on full hot, barely warm. Jacuzzi in room super loud,& a one person at best. Disappointed,& I have no desire to return to Nashville.

The hotel is nice, clean, good central location. But, the internet speed is not enough to work (using VPN). My plan was to work one day while I was there, but I was not able to do so. I tried all suggested areas of the hotel and none were any better.

The hotel and staff were great. The immediate area doesn’t have much but you’re a really quick walk to the Gulch or about a 30 minute walk to the main strip of broadway downtown. There’s also a public bus stop very close to the hotel if you prefer transit. We would stay here again!

Great location and staff.

Great location within walking distance (less than a mile) to Midtown, Music Row, the #3 trolley stop, and many great places to eat, drink and listen to live music. The property is starting to show its age, especially in the rooms, but the staff were extremely helpful and informative and the common areas were clean, well-lit, and spacious. They had live music 3 of the nights we were there; drinks at the bar were pricey so we do recommend BYOB if you're going to hang around to listen to the performances.

Hotel is not as described. The view was a parking garage and construction. The water was not hot in the shower, nor did it have much pressure, definitely overpriced for the quality of stay we experienced, especially what they charge for parking. We definitely won’t stay there again.

This Hilton property was not up to what we would have expected. 1: no regular coffee in the house for the whole stay. Went and bought our own for the morning. 2: Television system was subpar, not all stations worked and kept cutting out. 3: Sidewalks around facility had loose tiles, making it difficult for my disabled wife. Otherwise the staff was very nice and friendly and could only do what they could manage without being able to fix any of the above.
