The hotel was not terrible, decent location and access, parking was expensive, bed was terrible, pillows were non-existent. There was construction 6 feet out the window and they were driving piles into the ground from 2AM until 5AM that shook the walls

Front desk staff extremely courteous, resourceful, professional and accommodating to our early arrival. Hotel was extremely clean, there’s a cute little restaurant / bar area and sitting area for guests. Amenities were exceptional as well. Would stay again!

The hotel was awesome and clean. Great security. However the only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because nothing was ever said about the parking garage costing 50 dollars each day. This needs to be at least brought to attention to whoever makes the reservations to stay here.

We celebrated our engagement and the staff made it is special experience for us. They wrote a handwritten note to congratulate us and gave us some extra goodies and a drink voucher. So sweet!

The parking was the only thing I had an issue with. If you have a normal sized vehicle it’s great but if you have an oversized vehicle it’s a little bit of an ordeal. Even if you fit under the clearance still don’t go in the garage go around to the other parking lot. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. We only stayed one night but we did see a few food places near the hotel.

The only issue that we had was trouble with the lock on the door. It was an issue every time we came in and out. The last time was Saturday morning at 230 am and we could not get in the room. The front desk had to re-key the card and then it worked. She said the battery must be going bad in the door lock. Very frustrating.
