The room was as expected with the exception of under our bed. I had to let the front desk know that it looked like the underneath of the bed hadn't looked like it was vacuumed for quite some time. They came in and took care of the right away. The other thing that sucked is I'm a IHG member but seeing we booked on Expedia I can't get any points. What ever.a neebeenunderneath

Bathtub/shower drain was very slow, stood in 3” of water the whole time in shower. All hot food for breakfast was just a little over lukewarm. The room itself was good, comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were great, very nice as always. Will stay there again.

The room was good and the black out shades were wonderful. It was also quiet. Things to improve: The wall heating/cooling unit was a bit loud and drafty at the bed closest to it, cleaning staff knocked on my door at 9:05, before breakfast was even over, and I wish there were recycling bins and compostable food service items throughout.

In the email received from Expedia the quote reads: "Parking is not included in theExpedia charge unless you specifically book a parking package." While I was charged for and did pay for the parking package in Expedia ($37), informed the desk attendant of the same and was assured this was good after being told that the parking at the hotel was $55 but this would not be an issue since I got the parking package through Expedia, my final charge included another $63.47 for parking. Ridiculous! Rip Off!
