Very nice. Smoke detector started going off at bed time. Front desk offered to move us before offering batteries. She never brought he batteries. I was able to get the defectors quiet, but they started again in the middle of the night.

Never again!

booked a kitchen, but no coffee pot, just same as in Motel 6. Hot water took extended time to heat up, had to run the tub to get it in other areas. Cabinets smelled like roach spray, some of the dishes had coffee rings and stains, AC sounded like a helicopter, Bodega had very limited items, no shower cap, other paper products ran out. Staff explained to us that because we did not book directly with Hilton we did not get any "perks" but I'd say they were rude to us. Never offered us any info about the restaurants in the area etc. I think I was charged an extra day on parking, note in my car window with little explanation. My sister and I were visiting our sister very sick with cancer at Vanderbilt. We paid dearly for the room and parking, but I will not choose that property again if I have the opportunity to go back to Nashville.

Very friendly staff, clean and quiet. We stayed in a 2 queen bed suite, room was perfect size, beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and 1 year old grandson stayed due to their home being directly in the path of a tornado and flooding north of Nashville (their home made it with no damage!). There was a tornado warning and adverse weather during this visit at the hotel as well, but it was not in the direct path. Staff was helpful and remained calm throughout while guests gathered in a designated safe area on the ground floor. My daughter was extremely grateful to the front counter staff and valet. They were very helpful making sure she and my grandson, and all the stuff you have to pack with a little one, were well taken care. We’ve stayed at this hotel for other visits to Nashville and have had excellent experiences every time. Exceptionally clean, top notch customer service, and excellent parking/valet service.

Staff were nice but rooms were only cleaned every 2 days and we stayed for 4- so we had to ask for things like towels, toilet paper etc. There was no water one of the mornings- the day our room was to be cleaned so sink wasn’t washed, glasses taken away and nothing was replenished. The same day the breakfast was all gone by 8:15 and not replenished. One of the kitchen staff’s son was running around during breakfast throwing pillows from the couch at people and screaming and yelling (Saturday morning). Shuttle staff were great!

Close to Downtown (2 miles) and you can take a bus to Downtown or just walk.Nice park just by the hotel. It is easy to park at the hotel. Hotels gym and pool are fantastic if you travelling with kids. The breakfast is good.

We loved this hotel! The staff was very helpful and our room was very clean with a good amount of space. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and we slept great. The breakfast buffet was yummy and we enjoyed it every morning. We used the shuttle to get downtown and to see other nearby locations. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.
