While I love being eco-friendly, having the lights in the bathroom time out was a bit annoying. Couldn't the entryway lights or even the lights in the room be on a timer instead? Also, the walls were thin as I could hear the folks next me to as though they were sitting in my room. Lastly, the $5 daily credit I was told I'd receive didn't actually seem to work as one would expect as I was told that while I earned it on the day of check in and the day before, I didn't earn it on the day of check out. That doesn't seem to make sense. That's not how breakfast vouchers work. The person who checked me in was fabulous but can't say the same for the the woman who checked me out.

I really appreciated the early check in as well as a quick text check in if I needed anything during the duration of my stay. Haven’t had that in awhile in hotels - it was nice. I will stay here again when I’m back.

Hotel is good but the valet dented my BMW car and pretended to take full responsibility till I check out then completely denied any damage. They have a third party loophole that makes them not responsible for any damages and now i have to go through my insurance to get it fixed. For $60 a night valet service you would think they will take some responsibility. If you are going there, don't park your car with them.

All the staff was so friendly. We declined room service and received a text shortly after asking if we needed anything, which i thought was great. I replied we could use extra towels, they were delivered within twenty minutes. The restaurant Ella's was delicious and we had perfect service from our server Matt.

The property wonderful. It is within walking distance of all the action in Downtown Nashville. The decor is beautiful, but the best part of the room was the bed. It was super comfortable. I could have stayed in it all day!

Location was great, loved the cold pressed juice, water, and coffee in the morning. Had a fun event with bourbon tasting. Room was clean and smelled great. Thoughts for improvement: our beds needed a top sheet as the cover was hot.
