Hyatt Centric is the best!

We had an awesome all-around experience at the Hyatt Centric. Everyone there - from the front desk staff to the restaurant crew to room service - did their part to provide us with excellent customer service. This was our 1st time there, but it definitely will not be the last!

Great hotel!

I really loved this hotel. The view of broadway was great, and it was so close to everything. We walked to broadway and to Bridgestone arena. I wished we had time to try the restaurant because the food looked amazing. The pancake house just down from the hotel is a great breakfast option- get there early! Overall, we would recommend and totally stay here again.

The property was good. The rooms were nice. Front staff were very friendly. The bed was ok, the pillows were all the same - Often hotels give different types so you choose the one you like. It didn’t have this option and we didn’t like the pillows. Minor problem.
