The hotel is 4-5 blocks or so from Bridgestone arena and Broadway so easy to walk to entertainment, bars and dining options. Staff were friendly and the place is well kept. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with our two daughters and we loved it! We plan on booking here again for our daughter’s 21st birthday in January. Also, we arrived early and they let us go ahead and park our car so we could go ahead and head to Broadway and we just checked in later so that was very courteous of them and convenient for us as well. Very pleased all around with our stay.

Beautiful hotel. Only a 10-minute walk to/frim Broadway Avenue. Great breakfast in the morning. Mattress a bit soft but that’s the only minor issue I had with this hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay!

Had an amazing stay at the Hyatt House in Nashville. We got in early on Friday and though check-in is not till 4, when we went to drop our bags off they had a room ready for us. All the staff was very nice and helpful, the downstairs bar and restaurant was a great spot to get a snack before we went downtown. The hotel itself is in the perfect location if you want to be close enough to broadway but out of the way of the madness.
