went for a family reunion and the area was WONDERFUL many hotels too, food, shopping nail places anything you may need. the hotel staff were REALLY nice parking was overall easy and plentiful as well.

This property was welcoming from the staff to the layout. The free breakfast was impressive, and the rooms were spacious. However, checking in with 2 children excited about the pool while on vacation, it was a bummer when we checked in to see that it was not in service. Additionally, the room above us was loud late into the night and early the next morning. Sleep was rough at best.

Upon check in I was asked if we would like room service daily. I said yes. It did not happen I asked for service and 1 time it was. We were there for 4 nights 3 rooms 1 room 1 time was serviced. It is a good place but needs a little love to be great.

Overall this was pretty bad compared to other Hyatt location regarding that this hotel is pretty new, the staff is NOT helpful along with their terrible ironing that broke without even using it. Along with the staff giving the ironing board broken to us in 2 pieces. The weird room service rule is pretty abnormal because you have to call room service before 10 am. So we asked for room service before 10 am which met the requirements of the room service and we got NO room service. The hotel staff was talking bad about guest behind their backs because I over heard them talking how some guests are weird. Breakfast wasn’t that good because everything was cold and poorly maintained. Do not recommend this hotel would rather want talk to go to the holiday inn across the road. Also I am an executive member of Marriot which I want to let the public know that this isn’t a good Hyatt.
