Staff was friendly. Breakfast was fantastic! Pool was great for kids! Reason for the 3 star rating, however, there were ants in the bathroom! If you were standing in the bathroom any length of time- they would be crawling on you! That eventually led them to being in our bed. I did point out to staff and they apologized and offered a new room, but we chose not to move everything. The stay was really great- would have been a solid 5 without the ants!

Our room, and the hotel, smelled like mold. We were on the first floor, and people getting getting drunk at the bar was a definite distraction. It's 20 minutes from downtown, a 23.00 uber ride, plus tip. There are some good places near it, mainly the Willie Nelson museum and the Scoreboard, a pretty good place to eat and drink, with live music. Don't let the " Hyatt" name fool ya, it's old and smelly.

Very close to the Oprey. Stayed one night for very reasonable price. Much nicer than other hotels I’ve stayed in for this price. Breakfast was above average too for a hotel continental breakfast. Would absolutely come back and would recommend to others!
