We had concerns about the cleanliness of the hotel; The day we arrived the elevator from the lobby to the rooms was filthy!!!! And it was that way for the entire day. The following morning you can see that it was cleaned. But what made this stay 5 star for my party was the staff and the service. The team took such good care of us and were so pleasant and catered to us so very well. We immediately wiped the first days experience out of our minds and the rest of the stay was good!

Breakfast was fantastic! Lots of premium food options. Parking was well lighted in front of the hotel. There was a problem with the water heater and shower on the first day was cold. They did get the problem fixed before day#2 shower.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean however needs some updates. More plug in and ones that hold the plug in. Fan in the washrooms would be great. Carpet gone for sure. Breakfasts were great. Nice selection and fresh. The shuttle to the mall and Gaylords is a fantastic feature snd having the Music City shuttle etc stop is great.

We arrived about an hour early. The room was already cleaned and prepared, there was no extra pressure on the staff to get things ready. We were charged $13.00 for early arrival. Next time we will go to a local restaurant, and wait it out. Also, we were charged $8.00 per night for parking. Maybe parking should be included in the nightly rate.
