Waited 10 minutes in the lobby and after ringing bell for staff to greet/welcome me. Door to room 315 would not fully shut or stay closed unless I literally slammed the door with my body weight. The TV did not work. Had to rig the phone in able to call downstairs to the front desk. I let the staff know about the TV and they did try to take care of it but they couldn't get it to work.

I was in room 122 and someone above me took a shower and my whole room was flooding water was coming down in my room on the floor on my laptop and I could not complete my work as I was doing my work ruined my whole night and I missed completing my work for my job I hope I can be accommodated for another night or my money back this is the worst experience I've ever had at the hotel ever. Even the plugs in the room stopped working in the lights were flickering on and off and I heard a humming sound coming from the electrical lights in the bathroom where the water was dripping from so I turned all the lights off because who knows if I touch the water if I will get electrocuted very dangerous and unsafe I definitely should be accommodated or need some type of reimbursement on this

I was in the same hotel 7 years ago, liked it then and like it now. Funny I was in the same exact room this trip too.

I tried calling 3 times the day of my arrival to see if I could check in early. Was put on hold every time and no one came back to my call. I arrived 30 min before check in time and was told I'd be charged a fee for early check in or I could wait. I was then told I had to give a $60 CASH deposit. I received a message the day before saying it was a $50 credit card charge. I finally agreed to the cash deposit because she said it would be 10 days before I'd get the refund on my card. Not friendly.

The hotel it’s self wasn’t bad, we stayed before a very early flight from bna but were never informed the hot tub didn’t work, and when we went to step in it it was absolutely disgusting the water clarity was gross and it just smelled off. The beds weren’t to our liking but honestly I feel that’s personal preference the place was relatively clean on the inside but there seems to be a somewhat riff raffy area around some sketchy folks you could say but it didn’t feel necessarily unsafe, we were comfortable enough to walk to a local vape shop to grab something that was about a half mile or so away. All in all 3/5 in our opinion I’d probably stay again just for a place to sleep before a flight that takes off really early but not as a vacation destination
