Dark, dirty exterior. No sign. Went in and instantly felt unsafe. On top of this, they do not do a credit security deposit. It is cash. When the staff member said this, I lost it. There was no way I would have seen that money the next day. Keep in mind the ATM is right next to the door. Do not stay here! It is a scam!!

Leaking faucet that required a towel and closing the bathroom door to dampen the noise. No toilet paper holder. Broken drink machine for breakfast of if you can call it that. Broken door handles. Etc. None of that small stuff really matters. THE ABSOLUTE WORST TREATMENT OF GUESTS THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. The yelling from the lobby could be heard from my room for over an hour after I thought I had escaped the chaos. The staff that I encountered was by far and away the most rude, aggressive, indifferent, and extremely confrontational beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Don't stay here.

There was a stain or rush on the toilet and on the floor. The overall cleanliness of the room was not up to par. The wood post near the fridge kept falling off. You get what you are paid for I guess.

This was a great choice for our quick overnight stop. We didnt need much, just a comfy place to sleep and that was great. We tried to use the pool but it was freezing cold so we skipped that. The TV in our room had no signal so we just used our own devices for a little pre-bed entertainment. It was clean, comfy and the staff were friendly. For the price, it ia a great choice! We will definitely stay again.

Horrible customer service. The manager is very rude, she yelled at multiple guests in the lobby. The tv didnt work and we didnt have a shower curtain. There were holes in the walls and our door didnt shut. There was an empty liquor bottle behind the toilet. The bed sheet was inside out. Our friends only had one towel and when they asked for more the manager said, "what ones not good enough". The pool/hot tub was overwhelming with clorine, like burned our eyes just going in the area. The hot tub was a disgusting green color. -1000 would not recommend.

The hotel was older but taken care of. The room was clean. The bed was a little hard. The breakfast was not great. Some white bread, oatmeal packs, 2 kinds of generic cereal and coffee. No butter. The pool was open from 6 am to 11 pm but it was freezing. Too cold for anybody to swim in. A indoor pool is of no use unless it is heated. The hot tub was big and hot but no jets worked. Basically just a big bathtub . The hotel sent an welcome email through Expedia . It stated that they required a $50 refundable hold on your bank issued credit card for the duration of the stay. However when we checked in they required a $60 cash deposit. Conventently they had a ATM machine in their lobby that charged $3 for a withdraw. They lied to us as a customer. Not sure who owns this hotel but the phone number was listed as Super 8.

Wouldnt stsy there again

I booked because the pictures looked ok and there's an indoor pool for the kid. Check in and out is odd. You must leave a cash deposit, which I didn’t see listed onkine anywhere. The building is old, and our room didn't meet expectations. The tub faucet was loose, and the water wouldn't drain. The tv didn’t work--no signal. The box springs were dirty. Thankfully the bedding looked and smelled ok. The pool was too cold to use. The ceiling above is peeling. The hot tub was warm but the jets didn’t work.
