Only disappointment was our waitress in the lobby restaurant. After being ignored for over 30 minutes we requested the manager. He promptly came to our table and listened to our problem. He was very apologetic and offered a solution that was more than acceptable. We went to a more casual restaurant on an upper floor. I don’t know if the manager downstairs let them know we were headed that way or not but the service there was impeccable. The food was excellent too.

Hotel was great except the staff. They acted too busy to talk to me when I had a question at the front desk. Went to the restaurant, it was probably only 1/4 full and they asked me if I had a reservation. When I said no, they said we can seat you but you will probably have to wait a while before you are greeted. And I was also charged nearly $60 for 2 nights of valet parking but I only parked there for one night. I told the front desk when we checked out and they said a manager would credit my account. After 24 hours of not seeing it I called and was assured it would be handled in 24 hours. It’s now 2 days later and I still haven’t seen anything.
