Great place

Great place, shuttle to downtown was nice. Good places across the street, dog friendly. Negative was room service and lack of towels. I had to go to the front desk everyday to get towels.

It was a good room for the price. No fan in the bathroom. Staff was excellent. Breakfast is mediocre but it was fresh. Security was top notch.

Good hotel, great price

The check in was super fast and the front desk lady was very friendly! Had a great view of the city as well! The shuttle service is also great...the only bad part is the service ends at 10:45pm instead of midnight like it used to be. The facility is walking distance to restaurants such Wendy's, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Arby's, and Dunkin Donuts among others. All in all it was a great stay. I do think they need to eliminate the resort fee in the pricing... this is no resort.

Eh . Not bad..

The hotel shows it's age. Parking can be bad, Depending on some factor I didn't understand. The room was run down.. the carpet was fraying in places, the wallpaper in the bathroom was dirty and discolored. I went to the bar and ordered a screwdriver. It was 24.95. . . . There is a beautiful view of Nashville from the hotel. Probably the best perk is the shuttle that goes to and from downtown every 30minutes or so.

Room was good. Breakfast could have been improved. Styrofoam plates and plastic ware. Would rather have paid for breakfast and have a porcelain coffee cup and plate and hot food. Very noisy group at breakfast. Thought I was in a bar at midnight.

I had a great time in Nashville even if for only one night, the staff was very nice and helpful. The shuttle was a huge convenience to get down town and back and see that area of the city. The rooms were very nice, no fridge though in mine and the microwave was by the elevator, a little weird but not the end of the world.
