Solid but a couple negatives

Overall the hotel was good. One negative was that it was cold this weekend and the heat, even set to 82, blew cold air. To be fair we didn't complain about it. The other thing we missed was a book with onsite and local restaurant ordering. Both Doordash and GrubHub had problems there and we ended up ubering to eat instead of ordering delivery. Outside of those two things, our stay was great

Not the happiest

Asked for a call as soon as i could check in due to having to kill 6 hours before 3pm and had nothing to do until then. Never got a call, went to the property at 2pm and was checked in an hour early. Could have checked in earlier and got some much needed rest probably but never got a call giving me the green light. The soda machine and ice machine didnt work. Room key never let me in and out of the parking lot and had to ring the front office every time i left the premises.

The food for the price is just meh. The menu online is not accurate. For the prices i would expect much better food. It is now a la carte so all entrees do not come with anything, making it even more expensive and would have persuede my decision to stay else where had i known.

Not impressed

The hotel was clean and nice. It was a great price - but there were costs that might make me choose to stay at a different hotel if I were to do it again. Parking was gated, but cost $20/day. That along with having to pay quite a bit for parking in the city made me think we would have been better off staying in the city and not having to drive everywhere. We were also unimpressed with the breakfast at about $20/person. It was just your basic continental breakfast and not worth the price.

This place was amazing. Beautiful courtyard. We had dinner at the restaurant and our food was outstanding. Bed was comfortable and room was so quiet.

A very nice stay and great value for the money you pay. The hotel staff was very nice, room was clean and had two comfortable queen beds, there was a decent sized pool and hot tub with an equipped fitness center and area was quiet and just far enough away from downtown Nashville (15 minutes). There is also a free shuttle every 20 minutes from the hotel to the airport. The only downsides were the hotel is a little outdated in terms of architecture and furniture (old wooden vintage look), shower handle water pressure was very low, parking was $20 a day and shuttle to airport leaves on the dot so leaves no room for error even if you are 1 minute late.
