I have white noise sleep machines in both bedrooms for a deep restful nights sleep . You will immediately feel at home in this spacious home comfortable getaway. Over all it was ok, the bed in the master bed room squeak everytime you moved and that was very annoying and the parking……. You asked me not to park there for mail reasons which the mail lady actually walked to all the mail boxes but the neighbor (Patty) parked there all 3 nights and made it very difficult for my vehicle to fit in without blocking the next driveway.

What an incredible experience we had at this East Nashville getaway. It is convenient to everything and a reasonable Uber ride cost to most places you would want to visit. Wendy has done an amazing job decorating this home. She should be an interior designer. The patio in the backyard is a great way to unwind with a glass of wine. I highly recommend it! It was my home away from home.

The house was super cute! Issues arose when we noticed how dirty things were inside the house. Hair in the shower, bacon grease pans in the oven, dirty towels in the bathroom, dust so thick on ceiling fans and vents that I had to wipe them before I could sleep, dust bunnies and nuts found under the bed, bottle of opened Jack Daniels left on the kitchen counter. Also, there is a train that comes by the house every hour, blowing its horns, all throughout the night.The owner was very easy to work with and refunded us. I hope she is able to find a better house manager to keep her property clean, it could be so cute!I didn't want to leave this review, but the people at VRBO told me that it is useful for other guests.

The property was beautifully and comfortably decorated inside and had all the amenities we needed. It was very conveniently located to freeway access and the downtown area. We found a few very good restaurants nearby as well. The property is located close to train tracks so very light sleepers may be awakened but there are fans and sound machines in the bedrooms for white noise. The host was very responsive to texts.

Perfect quaint house

Aunts/niece trip. We absolutely loved the house. Perfect for the four of us. Loved the charm and the location. Out of the way but not to far to uber or drive over to the main attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Super clean. Great communication with owner. Could not have asked for a better weekend. Will definitely be booking this one again!

Perfect layout for two couples. In a nice neighborhood and close enough to broadway that ubering was affordable. Close to the train tracks but the owner had white noise machines so sleeping was comfortable. Would stay here again

A lovely bungalow

Wendy’s property is so nicely decorated and the amenities were high end! She reached out to us before our stay and offered any assistance and on the day of, she offered for us to come in a little early if we needed to. Even though we weren’t able to take her up on that, it was a kind gesture. Overall a great location and beautiful space to enjoy Nashville!
