In town for a kids sporting event. Just like a TRU should be, the building and room were very clean. The breakfast was well stocked. The room felt sparse and the staffing was thin. But, we had everything we needed.

Great stay in Franklin! Clean room | Friendly staff | Shops nearby | Easy bike ride to restaurants and boutiques We had a great experience at the Hilton in Franklin. Our room was spotless (like “don’t-want-to-wear-shoes” clean), the bed was comfy, and everything worked like it should. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful—quick check-in, good local tips, and smiles that didn’t feel scripted. Location’s a winner: plenty of shopping close by, and we loved that we could hop on our bikes and be at restaurants and shops in just a few minutes. Safe, easy ride—exactly what we were hoping for after a long drive. Bottom line: clean, convenient, and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay here again.

In my opinion, the reviews are a bit exaggerated. I would say that 7 would be the grade it should receive. No microwave in the room, no coffee maker in the room, no pool and extremely poor breakfast. You pay half the price just for the brand.

Overall good value for the money

The rooms were clean overall and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very basic and adequate for most people.I wish there was an option to save money by skipping on adding the breakfast to the reservation as we opted to skip it each morning and eat someplace else.
