Dirty stained carpet .Spider/bugs on table.Front desk/House keeping supervisor promised a partial refund we had to request through Expedia. Refund was declined by
Property to Expedia.This specific property do not match upto other Travelodge properties at all as I have stayed before.Terrible customer service with smile on face.
Breakfast was awesome. The carpet in my room had a large stain. We were travelling with a dog and was worried we would be charged for this damage. We should have been told about this.

Room was okay. Just average. The hotel could do with a little renovating, especially the washroom. We did not have enough soap/shampoo in our room.
Breakfast buffet options were good, plenty of gym equipment for those who need to get a workout in.

Floor in the room very stained and tv wouldn’t work. Staff quickly changed our room. (Which was less stained) Very friendly staff but the hotel needs an upgrade badly
The hotel is looking run down, stained and bubbled up carpets in the hallways, the outside of the building had seen better days. Service was good and staff were friendly.
The rooms were extremely dirty hair in the bed mold.In the newly renovated room, I went through five different rooms before having to settle with one room.That was not the greatest
We were disappointed in the condition of the carpet around the hotel. Many places were dirty, stained, and the carpet was bulging in spots. The room was relatively clean and we enjoyed a restful sleep. Breakfast had a variety of options which we appreciated. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.
Unable to access breakfast approx 30 people ahead of me no seating available extremely noisy unable to identify staff, random people were on and out of the kitchen area, very rundown conditions fully carpets peeling paint filthy windows rusty bathroom fixtures missing drain plugs, only stayed 2 night out of 3 booked
