This is an old property but appears they are attempting to make some needed upgrades. At night the hotel has no lights or signage if you are on the beach trying to remember where the hotel is. Overall an adequate, clean place and helpful staff. As usual for South America, many families so don’t expect an adults only experience.

ok hotel on the beach

This hotel is in a great location being on the beach. Nice pool and breakfast was good. It is an older hotel and they dont take really great care of it. I did not have very hot water bur the air conditioner was great and in a good location where it was not blowing directly on me. No elevator and does have stairs. You can walk to some food locations.

Todos os funcionários estão de parabéns. São muito bem receptivos, treinados, todos eles nota 10. No primeiro dia tive a impressão que o quarto não estava limpo. Apenas no segundo dia que senti a sensação de limpeza. A cama de casal é duas camas de solteiro juntas. Os móveis são muito antigos. Precisam ser atualizados, o valor das estadias é caro para que oferecem. Hotel está em obras. Funcionando apenas uma piscina.

Chegamos as 20 hrs, solicitamos sair as 17, devido o voô ser as 20 do dia seguinte, mas nada!liberaram a saida as 15, já foi de grande ajuda! mas teve um stress antes dessa liberação, a moça que me atendeu inicialmente foi super simpática, a seguinte, bem arrogante, no final, deu tudo certo.

Péssimos lençóis para o preço da diária, R$ 640,00 mais R$ 20,00 se estacionamento o que é um absurdo pois não há outra opção de estacionamento senão dentro do hotel. Lençóis manchado de mistos. Reforma na frente do quarto da piscina e da área do deck com trabalhadores.

Excelente estádia no el Aram natal mar

Fiquei impressionado com a organização do El Aram natal mar, para um hotel 4 estrelas, tive uma bela experiência em família. As condições do hotel ficou devendo, mas a piscina e a cordialidade dos funcionários conseguiu se opor. O buffet de café da manhã e jantar foram excelentes. Tudo muito gostoso.

Hotel com grande potencial, necessita de melhorias

A parte externa do hotel está linda. Conservada, paisagismo bonito, piscina convidativa, bar molhado bacana. Os quartos estão desatualizados, bem antigos. Ocupamos 3 quartos e os 3 estavam com as mesmas condições. Mobiliário antigo, cama não muito confortável, banheiro com bom tamanho, mas também precisando de reformas. Café da manhã bom. Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom.
