Poderia melhorar em reforma

O hotel tem uma equipe de funcionários fantásticas ,porém o hotel e um pouco velho,o quarto que fiquei era o 207 tinha um odor forte de esgoto, não sei de onde vinha, o hotel estava totalmente lotado, e era uma guerra na hora do café da manhã, faltava as coisas e demoravam a reabastecer tando alimentação quanto os utensílios domésticos.

FOI A PIOR HOSPEDAGEM QUE JA FIQUEI NA VIDA. A unica coisa positiva desse lugar é a localização. Abaixo vou listar todos os pontos negativos: 1. quartos antigos, o meu estava com cheiro forte de tinta. A cama um lado estava funda. Cadeiras do quarto velhas, estofado rasgado. 2. ⁠ar condicionado faz um barulho terrivel 3. ⁠Box do banheiro super encardido 4. ⁠o quarto n possui boa ventilação o que prejudica secar roupa molhada, alem disso tem uma acústica horrível. Acordei diversas vezes na madrugada com outros hospedes fazendo barulho. 5. ⁠Café da manhã com poucas opções e como o hotel possui muitos quartos, a area do café fica insuportável de cheia (epoca do carnaval) 6. ⁠funcionários desatenciosos. Liguei pedindo uma toalha de rosto q eles esqueceram de colocar e ate hoje to esperando trazer. 7. ⁠E pra mim o pior de tudo: Eles possuem estacionamento, mas cobram para que os hóspedes estacionem. Alem de nao ter vaga para todo mundo, o estacionamento nao possui saida para a area interna do Hotel. 8. ⁠A area da piscina sempre lotada com o pessoal ouvindo som alto. 9. ⁠Jacuzzi suja e eu nem tive coragem de usar. Enfim, corram desse Hotel. Ele é pessimo! Pior experiência da vida!
