Ficamos hospedados 6 dias. Tem boa localização, bom atendimento, na área da piscina as vezes é um pouco demorado o atendimento. É feito limpeza diariamente no quarto. As piscinas são boas, também podendo usufruir do deck e piscina do hotel Comfort ao lado que é da mesma rede. Quarto grande, com perfeito funcionamento do ar condicionado. O chuveiro aquece pouco, mas nao e o agua gelada, como estava calor, nao ficou ruim a temperatura morna para fria da água. Café da manhã bom.

Ruim quando cheguei o quarto estava todo molhado devido o frigobar estar desligado com cheiro de mofo. A parede descancando. A cama é de mola porém toda quabrada e irregular.. cafe da manha razoavel.. porem todos os dias absolutamente igual.

A minha estadia já começou dando problema o estacionamento horrível tive de pagar r$ 40 de estacionamento choveu começou a pingar em cima da cama paguei à vista o estacionamento e estão cobrando veio cobrando no cartão não indico ninguém se hospedar nesse hotel

BOM CUSTO/BENEFÍCIO EM PONTA NEGRA

Me hospedei em janeiro de 2025, 5 diarias. Reservei com bastante antecendecia e encontrei otimas tarifas. Otimo custo/beneficio. Hotel bem localizado, próximo à praia, restaurante barato, farmacia e mercado. Fui bem recepcionada e pra minha supresa, me colocaram num quarto de frente à banheira de hidro! Amei. Quarto amplo, limpo, confortável. A limpeza foi feita a cada 2 dias , sem eu precisar pedir. Café da manhã normal. Destaque para opções pra quem é intolerante à lactose como eu, como tubérculos, cuzcuz e tapioca sem recheio. Também pedi ovos no azeite e fizeram todos os dias. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar.

Péssimo hotel

Atendimento péssimo especificamente da recepção, os outros da limpeza e cozinha eram muito educados. Um casal que estava nos acompanhando recebeu a chave errada da recepção e quando abriram o quarto tinha gente dentro! Um absurdo. Atenção para o estacionamento porque eles colocam no site como 'Estacionamento disponível', você tem que pagar por fora a diária e só tem 12 vagas, se não tiver disponível (quase nunca está) tem que deixar o carro estacionado na rua. Quarto muito básico e antigo, ar condicionado caindo aos pedaços, janela do banheiro com vidro quebrado e se quiser coberta tem que solicitar na recepção às 19h30 se não fica sem, e pra piorar tem o labirinto que é pra se locomover pelo local. Definitivamente não volto aqui e nem recomendo.

Evitem ao máximo , show de horrores

Nas fotos o hotel é perfeito porém chegando lá parece um um show de horrores , Velho Cheiro de mofo,quebrado, colchão na mola, ao chegarmos disseram que não tinha cobertor e toalha porque o hotel tava cheio
