We didn't eat in the hotel much, but we did have a bite to eat on Saturday for lunch and it was really tasty. The food was fresh and came out within 15-20 minutes of ordering. The service was fantastic. The 24 hour room service was a godsend as we were at dance competitions until 11pm so a midnight feed was fantastic!

All staff friendly and guest focussed Whilst a very busy check in, was acknowledged (alongside others waiting) which is always appreciated I really felt welcomed and heard (change of room done graciously and without fuss) Also very calm gathering places A fab stay

We stayed for 8 nights, the location was perfect, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room was amazing. Spacious, with a standalone bath, seperate shower and the views over the river were great. The buffet breakfast was goid value, and there are a number of other options close by if you prefer just a coffee and pastry.
