Concert magic!!!

This hotel was lovely. The staff was super friendly and nice Was there for a concert and this hotel was close to the venue. Room was super clean and quiet, which was much appreciated after the concert!!! Check out was super easy too!!! Would stay here again and would recommend!!!

Tv all fuzzy and remote did n9t wirk used the one from my brothers room. Dust lamps ect. Otherwise great bed and pillows.

Old furniture!

Costumer service at front desk was great. They were very friendly and gave out free bottled water. The locations was great and close to the venue i was going to. The lobby and and some other spaces were newer and fine. The room was just ok. Most of everything was old. Beat up furniture, old bath tub fixtures, bath faucet leaked and dripped, shower lever was loose and coming out of tile wall. The furniture in bedroom was old and damaged, and air conditioner until buttons did not work probably, were damaged and could not be read. Tub did drained very slowly while taking a shower.

Beds very uncomfortable housekeeping did not bring more towels TV quality not good at all very staticky bathtub paint chipping shower pressure not good at all better all stand outside in the rain to shower.
